This company may be a bit cheaper than most but do not be deceived! Their service is a disgrace! It makes no difference if you have a booking in advance or not but Europcar at Lisbon airport will keep you waiting for up to an hour!
I rented a car from them and when I returned home they charged me an additional Euros 468. I have emailed them many times asking for an explanation but they have never had the courtesy of a simple acknowledgement. I have also tried to speak to their non-existent customer service and they simply do not answer.
Do not be fooled because they are a bit cheaper - you may pay for it in the long run! Look elsewhere than Europcar Lisbon!!
