MISLEADING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS

I purchased two tickets with Chepoair and while I am on the phone with their agent, trying to understand her accent is impossible. She barley spoke the English language. How can this company hire people that barley speak English?
I told the lady I want a refundable ticket and what I need to do for that, she told me to order the insurance. An extra $10.00 change so I did that. After, my mom got hurt and I had to cancel my trip, I called back Chepoair and told them I needed a refund. They told me NO REFUND is given for any ticket, Insurance is only if a family member get's hurt or dies. The cheopoair representative I guess she may have told me but her English was so bad, I ask her over 3 time to repeat herself because I couldn't understand. I am just so sick of dealing with non speaking agents that give bad info, or maybe that's why they hire them to rob their clients. After speaking to their "Supervisor" he is the same accent and same dumb answers, they would NOT refund me. Even after listening to the tape and how many times I asked her to repeat herself, not understanding her.
They all work in cahoots over there, from the same county.......not an american company....BOYCOTT CHEPOAIR, their thieves!  BUYER BEWARE!

    Arina, sorry to hear of your recent booking experience. Tickets that are fully refundable usually cost 3x-4x as much as a economy ticket, and usually are for trips that are last minutes, with no advance purchase. You paid $105.02 for your ticket, and refundable ticket was $414.00, so there is a big difference in cost. The agent did sell you insurance for the $9.95 in which we did review the call, and she never told you that you could get a refund if you canceled. The terms and conditions of the insurance coverage was also emailed and attached to your confirmation  that we sent out for your review. It does state medical emergencies, hospitilization, delayed bags, and death. At anytime within 24 hours you could of called and canceled the reservation for a full refund, and booked a coach ticket at the cost above. We did refund you $22.50 for the cost of the insurance, and for the seat assignments. For any further assistance with this, you can contact us at feedback@cheapoair.com
