They sold me a ticket for a flight that didn't exist, won't refund my money for up to two weeks

I booked a flight with cheapoair on the 16th, for the 16th. I receive a congratulation notice, clicked to the next page to receive my conformation notice, and another notice appeared stating I can save another $20.00, yes I bit. After attempting to close to pop up, their site close, I go to the airport early to ensure I catch that flight. I check my email, get the conformation number, enter it into the ticket kiosk but, to no avail. I called CHEAPOAIR to get more information to resolve the issue, I had to wait for about 20mins before I reached someone, I could barely understand this person, After getting the information I needed, (They had to repeat it over, and over again. I couldn't understand him) I received a conformation number, a booking number, and a ticket number. I returned to the ticket kiosk, again to no anvil. The kiosk said I should go to the ticket counter, so I did. I gave the airline representative my ID, he could find nothing on me. I gave him my conformation number, I was informed I wasn't booked for the 16th as cheapoair as informed me, however, I was booked for a flight for the next day. I called cheapoair back, the lady asked me to relax she would take care of everything. She returned and informed me that see found another flight leaving the evening but, it was twice the price. I again informed her that, that was not to my satisfaction (I could get home sooner riding the Greyhound at a 80% discount or at the new price 180%) I asked for a refund, so I could purchases another flight with someone else. The lady who again, I could barely understand, (later to find all the customer reps are in INDIA) I would have to wait 8 to 14 days before I would receive a refund. At that time I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was put on hold 1 hour, before the call dropped. I called back and waited another 20mims on hold, when I got a call back from a supervisor, then explained that she found a flight for me later that evening for 4 times the amount cheapoair would refund my money right away, however it's up to my card company when I would be refunded. The supervisor (in India), it took a hour and a half to talk to lied to me, and left me stranded 400 miles from home. I made it home 13 hours later, to find I never receive a refund. I called the next day to resolve the issue to no resolve. They took my funds for a flight that was full or as, cheapoair.com said was canceled, get to keep my funds for 2 weeks, drawing interest on my ill-gotten gain.
