I contacted the company on Aug.24 regarding this product they asked me to fax my receipt for replacement of the item and I would here back from them it is now Sept. 8 and I still have not heard a word and cannot get through to the company by phone great customer service I would like some help case #03093399 the representative I talked to on Aug.24 was Cassandra Brown very disappointed in the service.
