Fake calls

1) I get miss calls 5 to 20 times in a day from following three numbers
       - 7379101084
       - 9628180312
       - 9919306484
2) Sometimes mobile ringing is extended and the line is connected, the person at the other end speaks nothing (becomes silent) or talks non-sense.
