On 3rd march i received a phone call from the Bhayander Airtel Office.
A girl introducing herself as a custcare operator informed me that mu mobile no. has been chosen in a lucky draw for a selected scheme - @49 Lifetime.
The details about the scheme :
400 sms free every month.
in case if you dont need 400 sms you can convert them into mins.
monthly rental will be 49Rs.
If we want to subscribe for the scheme we need to pay Rs. 599 of which 99 will be charged as the plan conversion charges, & balance 500Rs will be refunded back to customer every month in the bill payment.
I asked the girl about fake plans, but she gave me the gurantee of not being cheated, & this is the best plan till now introduced by airtel.
She convinced me for the plan & she tols that her delivery boy named Rakesh will come to my office to fill up the form details & also asked to handover the Plan charges Rs. 500/- to him.
I asked the girl her good name & she answered her name is Shruti which i think must be a fake.
I also saved her mobile no. from which she had been calling on my no. (around 5-6 calls).
Her no. 9892347169.
The next day i tried to call her on the above no. for just confirming about the plan details again, but the no. was switched off. I tried to call her again for 2 more days, & i realised that i was cheated.
I am writing this because the way i have been cheated i won't like any other customer to be cheated in such a manner.
I request the Airtel company to take strict actions against such frauds, as it is going to effect their customers & the company will lose its reliability & benchmark.

I also got Cheated similarly. the most shocking thing is Calling person (Shruti) had all the information related to my bill plans.
The person who came at my home ( Rakesh singh ) had all the proper document which has Airtel documents use to fill the application form.
I registered several request at Airtel. But did not received any reply. which was most disgusting from Such reputed company.
How this people get access to our palns. Shouldn’t it be kept as a secret?
How they can let go such people. the number they use are one use by marketing team and Airtel do not keep record of any such number.
( this is the worst). This way any terrorist will use such sim cards for making calls as they are not recorded.
There will be many cases like this.
Let us know if anyone can suggest any way to treat this peoples.
