I have noticed that your company taking money  $19.95  for a month from my credit card. I don't think I authorized amount and meanwhile I already contact the credit company to block my account. Please reviewe and credit  amount for $19.95 x 7 = 139.95 back to my account . this amount accumulated since Dec, 08 to July, 09. thanks.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute all fraudulent or unauthorized charges, and close the account to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up with a written dispute to your bank, making sure they receive it within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charge to preserve you FCBA or FRB Reg. E dispute rights.
