Despite repeated calls to this company and returned merchandise, they have continued to send unwanted merchandise. They continue to charge my mother's account and failed to provide a full return credits. This despite the fact they were informed that the recipient is an ill senior citizen, with very limited personal funds. A letter is being sent to the FTC regarding this blatant and continuing practice that is being perpetuated on the general public on a daily basis.
