I scheduled an appointment with A & E to fix my ice machine. I explained to the that my husband had just come home from a surgery and that we were in dire need of constant ice. They were very eager to help and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They never called and never came and when I called last night at 6pm... they were already closed. i called this morning to find out that they knew in the morning that they were not going to be able to come to my house yesterday and they dismissed it as not being a big deal and that they could reschedule for NEXT Thursday. ARE YOU KIDDING. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

    the thought behind this, is that the ice maker not working is considered a luxury. not saying that its not important to you, but may not be as pressing as a refrigerator that is heating instead of cooling in a retirment home. the thought is that if ice is needed, in a worst case scenario, it can be purchased and kept cold in the operational freezer. just like, for example, if your washer is out, there's always a laundramat to use somewhere.

    THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WITH THEIR SERVICE- THEY HAVE BEEN FOBBING ME OFF OVER THE LAST 3 WEEKS THAT SOMEONE WOULD COME TO COLLECT THE STUPID MIXER I MADE THE MISTAKE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AND NO ONE TURNED UP 4 TIMES! I TOOK TIME OFF WAITING AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY MAKING EXCUSES. NOT TO MENTION THAT THIS IDIOTIC MIXER IS ONE YEAR OLD AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY ARE TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I WOULD NEVER EVER PAY ANOTHER PENNY FOR KITCHEN AID PRODUCTS! THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND THE UK SERVICE IS APPALLING!!!!!

    No reply to my emails via their official website, except for automatically generated ones, which are a do not reply type.  Absolutely appalling "customer service".

    I am appalled by the terrible service from Kitchenaid UK. Our kettle base was damaged and in Feb 15 I wrote to customer service to ask what to do, with an image of the damage. 2 months later I received an automated reply that my email had been received. Another 2 months later another email that the complaint was in process. Then in June this week an email to say that the returned product was being mended!!! But I hadn't sent anything to them!!!! Another automated email so could not reply. So I manage to get hold of a phone number and call - another automated response and then was cut off after 3 minutes as the message told me to go online.....

    I have a simple solution. I will NEVER buy Kitchenaid products again.

    If I ran my business area this way I would have been fired months ago and gone out of business....
