Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, under FRB Reg. E for checking account EFT or debit card disputes, or FCBA for credit card disputes, and close and block the accounts due to fraud to prevent additional fraud. You must dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.
