Ruined Bakeware

My husband has been telling me he thought our bakeware was being ruined in the dishwasher. I didn't pay much attention to him-you know men. Then I unloaded the D.W. after making cookies, etc. and My sheet pan is completely ruined!! It is black, pitted, has no finish. so I took out ALL of my baking pans, lids, etc. And every single bit of it is the same. Years ago, I was trying to shine up an old cookie sheet and put oven cleaner on it - well my things look worse than that!! I have used Cascade for years! Never a problem at all. 3 months ago at Sam's Club I bought a large tub of the Pink packets with Dawn, and this is the result. I am sick! I am horrifically ANGRY!! And there is no where I can find to complain to them. the 800 number on their web site is not working. And their 'support' page, just takes you to other peoples great reviews! Can't even put in your own!!
