The person was foreign and clearly reading from a script.  I was told the "IRS filed a criminal lawsuit against me for deliberatly and knowningly defrauding the government."  202 558 5753.  Wanted 5476.  Got very aggitated and confrontational when I questioned him.  These people truly need to be prosecuted and this activity should be illegal.  I am tired of it.

    I received the exact same message. 202 459 4693. He would not let me speak and was extremely aggressive. Foreign man with a TV playing in the background.

    tax scam, case number CF93271, Daniel Wiseman, said I owed 5476.00 in back taxes.  He said it was from tax years 2010 to 2015.  He got unset when I told him I couldn't owe that much because I was a student from 2010 to 2014 and didn't even have a job to pay taxes from.

    The person was foreign and reading from a script. Gave no details other than possibly facing a judge or grand jury. called with the same script from several different numbers over that past 4 months.

    Just got this message.  Im not gonna call back, but i want to call just to let these A holes know what i think of them.  Let know they should get a real job and stop ripping off hard working people.

    I got 3 phone calls today within 2 hours and got a message stating that the IRS has filed criminal charges and the name of the man is Daniel Wiseman. We have gotten these calls in the past and I will NOT play into this scam!!

    I have been getting calls from this guy for weeks and today a voicemail was left saying I would be facing 5-7 years in prison for tax fraud. He said I owed $5,746 but could settle out of court today if I paid $500 and set up a payment plan. My fiancé got on the phone with him and she confronted him and he started sexually harassing her xxx rated and we recorded it all. Is there a lawsuit filed against this person?

    I'm received a call from this guy Daniel wise man last Thursday and this  idiot left a voicemail. So i called it and was also  told that I'm had so much time to send money in the amount of 5400.0. I'm looked this person's  name and I'm not the only one who has been called by the  creep.  Just wanted to send my words

    Got the same voice message from this guy but at phone number 347-390-0820 and he gave me the same case number.

    I get one call and a voicemail from daniel wiseman EVERYDAY NEVER FAILS..

    I ignore it knowing that the IRS does NOT call on the phone. They will beat you to death with mail.. But NEVER call.

    I got the same message from a robotic Daniel Wiseman from the IRS, with the same fake case number. I blocked his number and reported it to the authorities. But he used a different phone number and here it is (206)209-1578.

    9/27/2016: Received a garbled and threatening message on my answering service by a person identifying himself as Daniel Wiseman; referred to case # CF93271, explaining an IRS 'criminal Complaint' has been filed against me and that I should contact him as soon as possible; if not then I should obtain an attorney before it is too late. Replayed the message a few times and could not make out his call back telephone number (512 813 2327); he repeated the call back number, the second time it came out as (512 813 2323) ? It is a relief to find this character has been making the same threats to others individual; I was not going to get overly excited, US gov. agency making threat over the telephone do not see that happening.

    This guy has called my home phone several times and I just got another message on my cell phone. Same thing, "Officer Daniel Wiseman" calling from the IRS stating there is a criminal lawsuit against me, case# CF93271. Call came from (347)753-9913 which is the same number the recording stated to call back. The recording also stated I must return the call immediately or face the consequences. I've never returned a call. I know if the IRS wants anything from me they will contact me via mail.

    Just received the same message From Daniel Wiseman.  Either call back or face the consequences.   Fraud, fraud, fraud!!! Will definitely answer the next call and tell him how fraudulent he is.   People like this need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent.   Do not send money people because if it truly was the IRS they would not call you!!!!

    This Guy needs to be tracked down and arrested he is trying to find some one dumb enough to fall for this crap my son just got the same call from a 646 883-3213 and the same claim number CF93271 So I am gonna put his ass on blast on face book and tell everybody to share it!!!

    I received a message from a Daniel Wiseman saying that he was from the legal department of the internal revenue services and that I needed to contact them right away because there was a case against me and if I did not have my lawyer contact them that he wish me luck for what was about to unfold upon me he even gave me a case number of CF 93271 Tried to call the number he gave me back but it was incomplete as dialed every time

    I got the same  call they asked for info I told them I don't give info over the phone and they hung up on me , they called back later that day with the same story, I told them to send me the paperwork in the  mail  they hung up on me again, called me again 2day didn't answer them.they called  from # 2028999100

    I spoke gibberish for about 5 minutes. Voila, no more Daniel Wiseman from the legal department of the IRS.
