Manager yelled at my senior mother!

I cannot believe this just happened today, usually LA Fitness was a comfortable friendly place that my mother and I would enjoy working out in, on the other hand, today my mother forgot her bar-code and usually when she forgets, other employees just ask for her phone number, however the guy in the front said "Do you have your I.D.?" and my mother tried to explain that I drove her and so she didn't bring one. The guy cut her off and said, " DO YOU OR DO YOU NOT HAVE YOUR BAR-CODE" Everyone was speechless that he just yelled at my mother, including the employee next to him. I said no. My mother then suggested to him that her picture was already in the computer system. He was furious she actually finished her sentence and said " MA'AM YOU NEED YOUR I.D. OR BAR-CODE! THIS IS A NEW ENFORCED POLICY." We were mortified at this abuse and asked for a manager, he smiled and with a nasty tone said, "you're talking to one." I told my mom to just leave and that I'd promise her we'd talk to someone about it and file a complaint. Managers should NEVER yell at loyal customers, especially in front of their children.  His name is Darius K.
