$3.99 unsolicited charge

Looked up MVQ Perk Place on internet and find out that others have had charges against their bank accounts, as well.  I felt like I was being scammed on the phone so I checked my bank account right away to find a $3.99 charge.  I immediately stopped my debit card and submitted a request to challenge this charge because I did not request anything from this company.  Someone from an answering service began quizzing me and faked that he was assisting with my call to my oxygen company for service on my oxygen condenser.  I hate these people for making our lives so much harder when we already have enough to deal with.
