Unsolicited Daily Calls

For years now, I have been getting calls from Card Services (though I have zero credit card debt and was on the "do not call registry") on my land line. It got so annoying that I had the number disconnected.  Every time I asked to speak to an operator, they would hang up immediately.  Today, I got the first call on my mobile phone which again is listed on "do not call".  Again, I connected to the operator and was hung up on immediately.
