I thought I cancelled my accounts with Dish. When I bought a new house and after a heated phone call with Dish I decided to cancel my subscription because of bad customer service and the fact that I was out in my slippers in the slush with a broom wiping of snow and slush from the dish to watch TV. They left my subscription on till it just ran out and went to collections without me even knowing about it till collections called with a $325.50 bill. I've tried to get them to fix the situation and told them I would never need cable for a place I moved from but they will not remove my bill. Horrible company!
