Yes    I had an account with Directv since 1998  Never had a problem until now  My account #   1059236    In Aug 2015  I called to end my account , I was moving and my son was going to get his own account  I ask that my account be shut off the 1st of Sept 2015 because my son had Directv sales person coming in to hook his new service up .  Well me had to cancel the appointment for hook up until the following week end  So I called up Directv and told them not to turn me off for another week .  Everything ok   On Sept 1st I was shut off   I called and spoke to someone  why did they shut me off  There was a problem with my bill for the period 7/28/15---8/27/15  they had charge me for NFL Sunday Ticket  Max 2015 I never asked for So my bill that was $156.60  should have been - $58.99  because of that NFL  So my bill should have been  total 97.61  Will they would not turn me back on  unless I paid $151.35  in full I tried to explain but would not listen (I can not understand anybody there anyways) So I paid it and told them to shut me off on 9/12/2015  when my sons service or account was to be put in .My sons service started 9/12/2015  Dan Reed #41120381   Everything to my service was cut off  All boxes that were to be shipped back were waiting for boxes to be sent to me to ship them in  I was waiting for refund of $33.74  That was from  $151.35 I was made to pay to turn back on when my bill was really only $97.61 .  Well I when get a bill for $203.79  Called and spoke to someone  told them my service is off and all wires are cut from boxes waiting shipment  They would take of it again  Bill came in again 10/06/2015 - 10/27/2015  I now owe $165.02 Called again told them the problem this time they weren't going to do anything so I wanted to talk to someone higher up (I cant understand them again ) This time I got boxes to send back old boxes and remotes back  Here comes another bill   $200.70  11/12/2015- 11/20/15  They are now charging me for three movies from back in 2005 and 2011   Well here is another bill  12/20/15 -12/20/15  $200.70   I have called and called  and now nobody will help   Please help  before they put this on my credit   DIRECTV  owes me $33.74
