Amex Inquiry dropped within 8 hours and Square will not respond

One of customers made an inquiry on investigation on a transaction with my company.  Within hours they realized what the charge was for and contacted Amex and closed the inquiry.  Square keeps sending me emails saying they will be withdrawing the funds from my account.  The customer service number listed rings, a recording comes on, then it hangs up on the call.  This is the biggest scam ever.  They also hold funds over a certain amount for a month so they get to play with your money for that period of time.  It takes two or more days to receive a response from them via email.  I want to close the account with them immediately and warn anyone else using Square to go somewhere else to process payments.  Also, you cannot change your bank information or account information so you are prey to them.
