Leaking liner, company will not replace

Bought a 22' Intex metal frame pool at walmart late in season. Knowing our pool would likely not make another year we opted for a new one and there was a clearance going on. For obvious reasons we didn't put it up for the winter and when we did put it up there was a leak in the liner. 10,000 gallons later we found the leak, at the seam, but Intex says "sorry, we offer a GENEROUS 90 day policy only" I have had 4 intex pools and I guarantee this will be the last I buy from them. As for walmart, not capitalizing since they don't deserve it, not a penny will be spent with them either. BEWARE of buying close out stuff with a limited warranty from them, there customer service link didn't even work when I called to complain!.
