The same thing is happening to me! Back in 2009 they got us for $604.95 now they want 774.95 and sadly the company we owned is no longer in business and has not been in business since 2010.

    You don't owe them a dime, whether you are still in business or not.
    They are running a scam, a fraudulent shakedown racket.
    Ignore their bills and threats.
    File fraud complaints with FTC.
