unnecessary balance deduction

sir , i am vivek rai. i am a student. sir i have the prblm of unnecessary balance deduction almost 10 to 15 times before . again 15 rs frm my accnt has been deducted on the name of service which i absolutely dont knw about. pls help me

    sir, For the past 2 months onr service called Active deals alerts and game mania services are in active. Due to that my balance will reduce every day and every week. So please stop those services. Pls help me

    sir i am debatri mazumdar. I received a message to renew my msg bal within 3 days or else it will be be auto renewal . I recharged it on 3rd day nd after that my balance of rs 80 has been deducted from my balance .Please provide a solution to it and my no is 9831756842.
