Threats to family

Called wife's phone 4 times in 1 hour.  No one said anything when call answered first three times.  On Last call a person of midlle eastern descent asked for wife (she had put it on speaker) and she immediately asked for a supervisor.  Other person said "what do you want a supervisor for there's nothing you can do about it and I'll find you."  What I told him to do I can type.  If someone can advise any info about this number, I would appreciate it.
