My credit card is being charged $16.95 per month for some service I did not order. I want this stopped immediately, I have called the telephone number listed on my credit card, 800-475-1942 and requested this nonsense stopped immediately. The person I talked to said she would discontinue the service. I also called my credit card company and reported this practice that has been going on for 10 months. The current payment charged to my credit card is being held back by the credit card company, but they need a confirmation cancelling number.
the lady I had talked to said I would receive an Email identifying my request for cancellation and I assume the cancellation number. I called the above telephone number again and talked to a man named Mike who said he does not have access to the Email but his record shows my cancellation of the service. I asked for the cancellation number and he said he does not have access to the Email because it has not been posted yet?????.
These predators who are receiving the monies charged to my account and other accounts should be run out of business and jailed. I have read several similar complaints about the same charges by people who also did not sign for or order this service.
