I  ordered the product and requested the 39.99 that I saw adverstized on tv.  when it arrived, i didn't think much that the bottles were bigger.. they don't look so small on tv so i assumed i got the 39.99 deal and 10 dolar more.  my 1st statment shows the charge plus shipping.. So all was okay "or so you think" next thing i see was that i was charged in april and may.. i'm the idoit that doesn't look at her credit card statments.  i called them right away and asked "why are you charging me every month" they said that i agreed to the larger amount and that it's 49.99 the 2nd and 3rd month and they will send me refill.  So I flipped and asked for the supervisor.  Well, let me tell you that they have no customer service what so ever!!! I informed her that i didn't agree to this and to stop charging my account.  She insisted that i did agree and had the balls to tell me that the calls are recorded.  So I said GREAT let me listen to my call.  i asked about 10 times and she refused.  I cancelled the the stupid order and what do you know they send me a refill and charge my account.  I return the damn product with canada post and confirmed online that it was recieved.  3 months later they send me a bill for 49.95 x 2 which is now in collection.. I throw the slip out thinking that i would never have to deal with the company again...I want to talk with some bady speaek spanish, no bady answer.

i can't believe how many complaint this product has and no one has done anything about it.

i will not pay.............. nor will i ever order from a USA company....

    I called and received the same thing they have now charged me twice and I haven't received anything.

    This company is set up to steal from their customers. They do the bait and switch in that they have two companies, one for vitamins and one for beauty products.  The Reps won't help, won't refund and are robots paid not to think.  They won't give me the email address that is on my account, Supposedly there are two divisions, and you have to cancel both.  I am going to spend a few hours complaining about how awful they are and what a rip off they are $90.00 doe  BOTTLE OF VITAMINS!  PLEASE

    24-48 hours to get a call from someone in customer service.  I can do a lot of damage in that time frame on social media.
