Refuse to refund their George Brand clothing

Brought two of George clothing products from one of Walmart store and their staff scanned two times of different products instead of twice by mistake. Since their price are the same. I didn't recover some thing wrong after. Furthermore, I need to suffer their bad attitude staff who is working in customer service team (Kathy). Talking so rude and did not take the responsibility in their own brand product.
There is where closed to my home (Markville Mall). The customer service lady name (Kathy)  who found the bar codes are different. Her response is so rude. Before she said that she can give me the credit. After she scanned the bar code. She said the bar code which not in their system. And declined to refund. How bad in their customer services. First one of staff who missed to scan every product and the other staff who didn't want to credit back their own brand 'Geroge'. I think they both need to be re-trained again. Feel sorry to know this big company and didn't get enough good staff.

    For the first time in four year, I bought the George brand of uniform slacks instead of the Dickie brand that I normally buy.  Big mistake!  Four pair of new slacks were purchased for a school year that begain on August 20th and the knees are worn out by October 21st.  That is completely unacceptable.  I will never buy George products again and hopefully others will profit from my mistake.
