hello  I am deaf and I works for the us army government in Tacoma Washington and I am not paying this unless I have written letter in the mail and proof. I think it is scam and fool, I am scared and I have received email from acs inc, stated that I owe money and file against me as my ssn and name and headed to the courthouse in florida  by may 27th.

    It's a scam. File complaints with the FTC and CFPB and your state AG.
    Then delete the email.
