I do NOT know these people.  I inherited them with my new phone number.  Their recording asks for some Mexican people.  I am NOT Mexican.  If I answer the call, they put me on hold for the next available representative.  I will not wait for them to come to the phone.  Make them stop.  I am losing sleep.  Please tell them that 269.764.1382 is NOT the party they want.  Thank you.

    Send them a notice, mailed certified so you have proof of receipt, notifying them to cease calling your number (nnn-nnn-nnnn).   Notify them that the alleged person they are trying to call cannot be reached at your number.

    If you have further problems with harassing calls after they receiver your letter (confirm thorugh the U.S. Postal Service website), file FDCPA violation complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and pass the case off to an attorney.
