Water turn yellow after service also

Utter waste company.. These ppl charge high for their products but gives no proper service. Their technician are uneducated. After servicing the carbon n candle from the instrument then also water smells n turn yellow . I suggest other ppl not to buy Eureka Forbes. It's waste of time n money too guys.
