I man with a middle eastern accent called claiming that I received a grant from the U.S. Grant Dept in the amount of 7,000. He gave me a number to call in D.C 202.436.9674 with a confirmation number of PR146 to claim the grant. He also stated that they could either place the money in my bank account or give me cash. The man called from a restricted number.
