We received a bill from this collection agency that said that we owed over $500 for some internet ad for our church. We have had call after call from these people claiming that we owe them money. These people were rude, arrogant and thought that they could just "scare me" into paying this bogus bill. BEWARE of these sorry dogs.

Complaints and background related to goyellowpages, and their "debt" collector, ACA Recovery.

File complaints with your state Attorney General, FTC, FBI, www.ic3.gov, Florida Attorney General (FL is the reputed home of goyellowpages), etc.

If you are getting collection letters from ACA Recovery, include filing a complaint with the NJ Attorney General.

Include a mail fraud complaint to the U.S. Postal Inspector, since the debt collector appears to be aware of the fraudulent nature of the "accounts".

Also be aware that, like many such "business directory" scams, this one is reported to fabricate, edit, doctor, or otherwise misrepresent "authorization" recordings.

I received a collection letter from this company and have never heard of them. They posted negative credit reports without any reason. This for sure a scam, and anyone that has received this should file suit against them.

After being told from a collection agency that I had authorized advertising in 2007 for 499.95, I filed a complaint with IC3 and have not remitted the amount to Go Yellow Pages Online for our small business.
