The same incident happened to me too. .From the last 22nd of May till June 25th I am loosing the money as if I clicked / subscribed to Hungama Superstore... Daily I was losing Rs 5 per day. To my knowledge I have never clicked nor subscribed to any service. Today only I came to know I am losing money.. Already i have lost approx. 160 rupees from me. I know there are many more people who have already lost their money like me… By any how we have to stop this..
I came to know it only yesterday.. Today I call the customer care executive in Kerala and they only said that there were two packs activated on my mobile without my knowledge. He also denoted that they will not able to refund the amount that I have lost till now. The customer care executive said that they will able to refund only todays ,money.... I do not know what this so said ‘Hungama Superstore’ is. And if
I have clicked it or subscribed it I need to get some confirmations or SMS or some hint so that I am beware that a new subscription is opened in my account… I consider this as a cheating from the side of Airtel to not letting the customers know about this and letting the customers loose the money with the customers knowledge...
