Unauthorised charges on my debit card

I ordered a free sample and was charged for it while I was on Holiday in the USA. However the order did not arrive till I left the USA, delivery has been confirmed at the Address. I received a debit alert of $54.97 which I did not authorise on same card on Friday 27 2017 this has to be reversed for I did not sign up for any renewal the delivered product is still in the USA and can be returned to you if need be.
