The caller asked for my husband, I told her he was deceased as of Nov. 21, 2010, I was advised that He has purchased 3 vacation packages from them. I told her that I knew nothing aboutit. ( He was very sick since 2006.0 I asked if I could get a refund and was told she couldn't do anything on the purchase of 2008, but she could try on the 2009. I asked her how much the refund would be she said $399.00. I was informed that he used a Discover card, I responded that I did not used a Discover Card and all of his cards had been canceled. I said the only card I use is VISA, and asked if I gave her the numbers(my mistake)could she assure me that it would be safe. I was assured, and told that it would probably take 6 to 8 days before it showed up. Imagine my surprise, when it showed up as a Debit instead of a Credit. I am really disgusted if this is Disney affiliated and they are so hard up they are taking advantage of old people (I'm 75) on a fixed income. Help Somebody, I want my money back!!!!
