Payday Loan

I received a called on 10/05/2018 from a Terry Allen from Assess Holding telling me I had a payday loan taken out in 2013 for $530. into a Bank Corp account. Now I never had an account with  that bank let along a payday loan. But for some unknown reason they had all my info and contacted my current job. She began to state to me there is a civil suite against me and if I agree to pay the $530, I wouldn't have to paid up to $4,000 in legal fee. I then googled the bank and it is a prepaid debit card bank, just like Meta Bank. I need help
