Fraud

I received a phone call today from this person. He said his name was Steven Smith. He had a deep accent and sound like he was Indian or something. He was very rude and told me I was going to have a warrant issued for my arrest and I would be served papers on my job. They knew my cel number and contacted me at my place of employment. They said I was going to be on probation for 10 months.
