Card services calls offering lower interest rates on credit cads. I press 1 to speak to representative and when I ask them to remove my number they hang up on me. I want the calls to my cell phone to stop.

    That is why your most effective tactic is to pretent you are interested and WASTE THEIR TIME.

    Make up a dumb alter-ego with an alias name, pretend you are an idiot with $5k to $10k of "debt", and play along.
