Unsolicited calls about credit

This # repeatedly calls daily. If you answer a recording notifies you that  Experin credit company has qualified you for a discount of 30% off of your visa and Mastercard dept. My credit needs work however I have no debt. From any charge cards, just medical so it's a scam!
