My mobile no is 9014441242,and i did not activate any video talkies service.but my 15 rupees balance have been deducted.i demand an immediate response and my 15 rupees balance to be credited to my account.

    didn't apply for  video talkies  pack so I called for airtel service and cancelled it but deducted amount is not refunded so please refund my 30 rupees. Mobile no is 7098188254.
