Huge story line that happens b4 this occurrence.  Have not been able to train because of migraines, list of injuries, etc.  But I thought I would get a trainer this year.  Little did I know she would only assist with weight training.  I tried to be positive but got tired of hearing how 75 yo with arthritis makes it to his appointments, etc.  Always a story to answer to what I believe to be a legitimate issue.  I can't afford to be reinjured.  Yes, she is 50 n in great shape but she does this for a living.  I on the other hand have about 20 different issues that have all been vetted.  But my first issue is getting out of bed, then walking down the stairs, n so the day goes.  B4 my appointment I explain I have inflammation in my left arm.  I had an EMG done.  But this past weekend started getting sick; coughing so badly my chest hurt, throwing up, in pain all over, need medication to suppress cough, hard to breathe, exhausted.  Wow! This story is too long.  B4 joining LA Fitness google it ... Why? Numerous complaints and extremely difficult to cancel contract.  You have to request cancellation in writing and send to corporate office in CA.  In the meantime, you are still paying dues and fees.  Really bad contract.  It was costly mistake on my part.  After cancelling my appointment bcuz I was to sick, I thought about it n expected not to b better by Friday so cancelled Friday.  Somewhere in that timeframe, she sends set scheduled times - one of which is a Friday.  Too tired to write more.  Will follow up.
