Won't Stop Calling

Calls my number almost daily.  I've opted out and have had the numbers blocked, but they still keep calling!  I don't even know how they have gotten my number.  I have no loans, credit cards, and haven't applied for anything in years.  Unless it's someone I know, I always give a wrong number.
