Getting Seated

My wife and I went to the Red Lobster in Gainsville, Georgia on 6-15-2012. We were given a pager and were told that we would be seated in about twenty to twenty-five minutes. However we continued to notice that couples were being seated that had arrived well after us. We waited approximately fifty or so min. I then went to the lady we had given our name to and she informed me that she had punched the number for our pager and had already crossed our name off of her list.
The pager never lit up and we were inside and never heard our name called even once. If these pagers need batteries I feel it is their responsibility to maintain their equipment. Our meal was ok but this experience has soured our thinking of going to this restaurant again!
