year worth of charges to my credit and checking account

i am tried of this, I have cancel bank account and credit cards. received new one and still some how your company and getting into my accounts and charging me for things I a 54 yr women doesn't use. I will be filing a company with the BBB I am done. you give numbers to speak to live person but all it does it loop you around to recordings.....
