credit card rates

Daily calls from Bridget from card holder services.  Last call showed up from Holly on caller ID.  Calls from different numbers all over the nation and 3 times she called from my home phone number.  How is this even possible?  Lump in Betty from carpet cleaning, Microsoft something is wrong with your computer, and the duct cleaning company and I have had it!  Just venting.
