Hi,
I had put a request on (tracking number M2N12815249) 07.02.2012 to send 1000 Euros from my husband's Deutsche Bank account to my own ICICI Bank account in India. After 4 days I got a mail from Money2India that the request could not be processed. Reason being I cannot send money from his account through my Money2India account to my bank account. I have done the same several times in past but never faced any problem. One representative named Sabeeta Santwani called me and told me that money will be remitted back to the Deutsche Bank account here within 9 working days (service reference number SR213256002). From that on I have spoken/emailed with 4 different representatives/customer service manager and being promised that money will be remitted back within 3-4 working days. I was given reason that it is being delayed as the system is down. On March 1 I was told by Anisha Saini (Customer Service Manager) that the system is up and it will be done by March 7. Today I got another email that it will taken again some time. I am sure that ICICI Bank is making money out of my money. This is FRAUD and I want my money back immediately. If anyone knows how to escalate this issue to RBI then please let me know.
Thanks,

@Raina: Yes the issue has been resolved for me. However it took more than a month! As I had mentioned earlier I was contacted by several (to be precise 4/5) representatives of ICICI. These representatives both included Customer Service Representatives & Customer Service Managers. But no leadership as such from ICICI contacted me ever nor I could get in touch with. The only reason I was given is that the system is down and so the delay for remitting money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A reason quite hard to believe for over a month. The only thing I did was constantly pursue these ICICI folks through e-mails to resolve my issue asap. I would suggest you to do the same.
*******Also, please note that Money2India has made some changes which they did not care to inform (as usual) to the customers. If you reside in EU then better to use www.money2india.eu. But, be sure that you send money from your own bank a/c or a joint bank a/c********

      Good luck !
