Unethical and Possibily Illegal Management Practices

I am initiating a Class Action suit against Rogers, its CEO Nadir Mohamed and David Peterson, a member of Rogers Board of Directors.I would like to hear from everyone who has ever (1) cancelled their contract with Rogers only to find out later that the contract was not in fact cancelled or (2) had their contract extended even though they had not agreed to an extension. I am also filing a complaint against Rogers with the CRTC Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services, asserting that the customer services provided by Rogers are unethical and possibly illegal.
