Do not buy any Whirlpool products. I bought a countertop range last month, stainless steel.  The range is all scratched and continues to get scratches even though I use a soft cloth and the Whirlpool cleaner. The range is not stainless steel but tin, as I have other stainless steel products in my kitchen ,not whirlpool and not a scratch on any of them.  I called Whirlpool and complained about the scratches, so they sent me their cleaner which does not do anything it hardly cleans. I called them back and they said there is nothing they can do and won't do anything. They refused to send a repair a man out to look at the range. They don't care , their customer service is not very helpful. So I am stuck with this product that is substandard and is all scratched up. Do not ever buy a whirlpool product, you will not get any help and they do not stand by their warranty.
