Number deactivated and disassociated

Dear Airtel,

I have been a loyal customer of Airtel since last 5 years.  The problem is my number 9535279466 from 28th October 2013 is inactive and now even disassociated from my name.

The problem history :

1) I applied for prepaid to postpaid conversion on 11th October 2013 .
Submitted the application along with required documents to vendor at Manyata Tech Park , Rachenahalli Bangalore-45
The vendor provided the postpaid sim : 89914500030212432494
Vendor cell number : 9591555793 , 9008465967 , 9945265599

2) I got message from AZ-AIRCCM on 24th October 2013 saying the address verification been initiated
3) The person visited me on 25th October for address verification and subsequently got the message of succesful address verification the same day.
4) Message from AZ-AIRCCM on 26th October 2013 mentioning tonight the prepaid will deactivate and postpaid will be activated
5) On 28th the prepaid was deactive but the postpaid was not yet activated.
6) I tried raising requests , complaints on the airtel website , below are some of the complaint numbers :

OT102900092

I also tried to reach customer care numbers , nothing helped.
7) Then i visited Airtel relationship centre on 29th October 2013 at Divyashree towers , Bannerghatta Road , Bangalore , there i was informed that TV task was pending and it will be completed in one day . customer care guy number : 9611222215 , i tried to call him to check the status next day , he never picked the call.
8) Then i visited Airtel relationship centre Rajajinagar 1st Block on 31st October 2013 , and there i was informed that the sim provided to me was the wrong one and in order to get the sim reactivated i have to apply a new application , so that they cancel the existing account and create a new one with the whole process will repeat. I was informed that it will be completed within 4 working days. So i again applied for the same and got the postpaid sim : 89914500030202522577 and still nothing happened.
9) Again i called customer care guys , visited relationship centres and every one says this number is not available and is not associated to anyone.
So then when i ask what should i do now , no one has an answer and are unaware about what needs to be done.

I was a happy prepaid customer with proper service till 27th October and since i applied prepaid to postpaid conversion am now without service.
If postpaid is not activated how can prepaid be deactivated ?
If there is any issue in conversion why is there no resolution for 16 days ?
I dont understand how can you disassociate my number from my name without any intimation?

        What is the update here ? My number is inactive since a month and here no one is responding , this clearly shows no one is acting on it and your officials are sleeping over it. I need the resolution immediately. Its hard for me to understand why is it taking nearly a month to resolve a single issue.

        I kindly request you to act on it at the earliest and provide me the resolution.
