This company should be banned! Their employee lied about scratches not being charged for, refused to come out and mark them on the form at the beginning of the rental, and then held me liable for them at the end.  Having read all the headaches everyone else went through I reluctantly paid the $667.50, but I would gladly join in a class action suit if that were appropriate.  E-mail me at weckbooks@gmail.com. Yes, I should have insisted.  I don't need anyone to point that out. Thanks.

    Before sending the payment I got an e-mail admitting that the damage was there before they rented the car to me.  I was pleasantly surprised until I read further and they now say that the windshield was cracked and they will be billing me for that. There was no cracked windshield and this is 7 weeks after I rented it.
    Please let me know if you have been able to resolve this or who to report it to.
