calls my cell and home phone at least 3 times a week

Im am on a do not call list.  home and cell

the same number 949-266-1252 calls weekly.  Hello this is Rachal. You are up to date on your credit card but.  I have no credit cards I ask them to leave me alone.  They are driving me crazy.t
