Here is a copy of the latest problem with Charter. Please note this is the fourth time in a row having problems with them and no one could give me the # to their corprate office, how is that possible?
I don't know what the deal is with charter, but every time i talk to you guys and order or have a problem it is a nightmare. Here is my appt. conformation and at 10:43 am no one has shown up. Yesterday it took 45 minutes on the phone to add a package because while adding it My other 2 boxes stopped working. I understand things happen butm this is the 4th time you have screwed up and im just supposed to deal with it. I took time off from my job to do this between 8-10 just like the conformation says. Previously i spent 3 hours and 2 tech visits just to get my internet straight. You might not understand or care but my time is important too, and i'm sick and tired of the run around from charter. Last time i called no one could give me the # to your corporate office. How is that possible? I'm looking into satellite tv now, my parents have had it for 15 years and never had a problem. This is ridiculous. Yet no can give me an answer.
